Under the direction of the Director of Development, the Development Coordinator aids in reaching and/or exceeding organizational fundraising goals. The Development Coordinator is tasked with donor stewardship and correspondence, direct mailing efforts, grant management, Teen Board management, and assisting with special events relating to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame’s Development Committee, Friends of the Medallion, and Second Century Board.

The Director of Development oversees financial and resource development, ensuring delivery of the vision established by the Board of Directors. The Director is responsible for stewardship, growing the donor base throughout the state, prospecting for multiple aspects of the organization’s operations, and volunteer management of the young professional board—Second Century. Beginning in 2023 through 2025, the Director will serve as staff liaison for the contracted fundraiser responsible for a capital campaign.

Under the general direction of the Manager of Museum Education, the Visitor Services Associate is the first point of contact for all Museum guests. Associates greet and welcome guests, give tours, answer the phone, process Admissions and Gift Store sales, and assist in various projects in the museum and in archives.
