Durant

Durant is located in southeast Oklahoma's Texoma region. Founded by Choctaw Dixon Durant, it's the official "Magnolia Capital of Oklahoma" and home to Southeastern Oklahoma State University and the headquarters of the Choctaw Nation. The city, which also features a "World's Largest Peanut" monument, is known for its annual Magnolia Festival.
